  • Lift

    Six supersets and one major sweat session, Lift is a straightforward, high-intensity strength workout. Working opposing muscle groups, the class allows for continuous lifting with very little rest, enabling you to burn calories while building muscle.

  • Power

    If you're seeking to build strength, then this class is perfect for you. Power is a full-body strength class that includes three AMRAP circuits. These circuits will focus on the push, pull, and lower body. Each burn-out circuit will push muscles to fatigue, improving strength and endurance.

  • Buns & Guns

    Who doesn't want a tight tush and toned arms? "Butt" seriously, the glutes are the body's largest muscle, so the stronger they are, the better you'll perform in almost any physical activity. The upper body movements in this class are designed to increase strength, range of motion, and challenge the small stabilizer muscles that we often overlook

Strength/Cardio

  • Energy

    Energy takes traditional supersets to a whole new level. Cardio and strength collide in this unique high intensity workout. The perfect way to burn calories without sacrificing strength, supersets keep the heart rate elevated while working to build muscle.

  • Tabata

    A fearless and dynamic cardio experience, Tabata is a workout like no other. Each 4-minute Tabata interval combines bursts of maximum effort with very short rests, a technique proven to increase athletic performance and decrease body fat.

  • CSC

    Jump in on this fast-paced total-body workout. Alternating between cardio movements, strength, and core exercises, this class will surely get you sweating. Not big on cardio? Don't worry, we can modify any movement.

Specialty

  • Yoga: Prana Flow

    Prana Flow is breath and movement alchemy. This class is one breath per movement inviting a meditative flow. Solar (powerful, challenging) and Lunar (softer, nurturing) options are offered to empower every body to enjoy practice. The class concludes with sound bath for restorative savasana.

    Appropriate for beginners and experienced practitioners.

  • Cycle Strong

    Cycle Strrong is a specialized strength training program designed exclusively for cyclists looking to enhance their performance both on and off the bike. This focused 45-minute class combines functional strength training with cycling-specific movements to build power, prevent injuries, and improve overall riding efficiency. Whether you're a weekend warrior or a serious cyclist, you'll develop the core stability, leg strength, and upper body endurance needed to tackle any terrain with confidence.

  • Grind

    Seven rounds of ab-blasting core exercises mixed with calorie burning cardio bursts, this class will strengthen your foundation while still making you sweat. If you are looking for that six-pack, Grind delivers!
