How It Works
Kickoff: Summer Sweat classes will begin July 1!
Your Commitment: Attend all three Summer Sweat strength sessions each week
Track Progress: Track your progress in the FA app, complete workouts, earn points.
Finish Strong: Complete the 8 week challenge to earn a limited-edition tee and an entry to win 1 month of FREE personal training!
