Some people do best when someone is fully in their corner — every session, every rep, every goal. Personal Training at FA Fitness is one coach, one person, one plan built around you. No distractions, no sharing attention, no falling through the cracks. If you show up, your coach shows up harder. This is the most accountable way to train.

  • You can choose from 1 to 3 sessions per week and we include one group fitness class as well.

  • Definitely! We operate most of our memberships on a weekly basis. Just let your coach know how you would like adjust your membership a few days before your next billing.

  • Not at all! This can be a temporary thing to get you more comfortable with group classes or to hit a certain goal like getting ready for a wedding. Some clients do stick around for the accountability and specific to them workouts.

  • Of course. We operate on weekly memberships so you can pause your membership to travel or cancel at any time. While we hate to see you go, a quick chat with Nelle or Richie is all it takes.
