Definitely. We operate most of our memberships on a weekly basis. Just let your coach know a few days before you are billed how you would like to change your membership.

We typically plan for 6 to 8 week blocks depending on the goals of the group. We regularly switch things up to keep you progressing.

Yes! We operate mostly on weekly memberships. This allows you to pause while you are traveling or cancel at any time. While we don’t want to see you leave, a quick chat with Nelle or Richie is all it takes.
