Corrective Performance Training at FA Fitness is a temporary, structured step between finishing rehab and feeling ready for a full workout program. Richie will build around what your body needs right now, move at your pace, and make sure you never feel like you're guessing. The goal isn't to stay here forever. The goal is to get you strong, confident, and ready to train with the group.

This option is 8 sessions with Richie. Can be completed once or twice per week. At the end, we re-evaluate and decide the next steps together.

Definitely! After the 8 sessions are completed, your next steps are under your control. We can do a few more sessions or clear you for a group setting.

We start with an 8 session package. This can last 4 to 8 weeks. After that, we re-evaluate and decide your next steps together.

This is a package so the 8 sessions are yours to use as you wish. Once they are completed you can cancel your membership, continue on a per-session basis, or move to another membership option.
